I have always been interested in the unseen components of healing.  My life's path has led me to understanding what this means for me in many ways.  As a massage practitioner, the need for working more with the unseen, energetic  components of my clients' over all health has become clearer.    I have studied music therapy, worked with hospice, have a strong spiritual practice, meditate regularly, and continue to explore sound vibration as a healing modality.  I have also personally experienced very beneficial effects of Reiki in resolving pain from an old injury.

I began my study of Reiki in 2018 as a way to put in to practice what I innately knew.  What I think we all know, or suspect, that we have a capacity as humans to heal.  Both ourselves, and those around us.  Personally, I draw from several practices, which compliment each other and inform me of my own deeper sense of what life force energy is, and how I work with it to promote healing. 

I have found Reiki to be a good template to help me learn about this innate capacity to impart healing energy.  I see the study of Reiki as a template, a practice, and a good method.

I have taken my time to study, to practice, to feel in to how Reiki works for me, and how I can help others to find this for themselves.  I do follow a traditional method familiar in the lineage of Usui as a teaching method. I also help others fine tune this practice in light of their own natural inclination and with understanding of their personal practices.  I want to help you develop your own sense of your innate gifts.

I am teaching beginning Reiki classes, and want to offer guidance as you explore your connection with healing consciousness. I wish to help other people to learn and grow and develop this practice so we can bring more healing light to our communities.  I offer individual healing sessions, as well as teaching Reiki.
